欢迎使用心桥。创建账号、访问或使用心桥，即表示您同意本条款和隐私政策。若您不同意，请停止使用服务。
1. 使用资格与账号
您必须达到所在地区使用数字服务的最低同意年龄；未成年人需要父母或监护人同意与指导。您应提供真实、合法的信息，妥善保护登录方式，并对账号下的活动负责。如怀疑账号被盗用，请及时联系我们。
2. 服务内容
心桥提供个人资料、沟通、内容分享、1 公里熟人圈，以及可选的 AI、语音、媒体和随应用审核的内置内容包。部分功能依赖网络、设备权限或第三方服务，可能因地区、设备、维护或安全原因有所不同。AI 生成内容可能不准确，不应作为医疗、法律、金融或其他专业决定的唯一依据。
3. 用户内容与授权
您保留对自己内容的权利，并确认拥有发布所需的权利。为运行服务，您授予我们一项全球性、非独占、免许可费、可再许可的有限授权，仅用于托管、传输、展示、格式转换、审核和保护您提交的内容；该授权受您的可见范围设置约束，并在内容或账号删除后的合理技术处理期结束，法律另有要求的除外。
4. 禁止行为
您不得发布或实施违法、侵权、欺诈、仇恨、骚扰、威胁、性剥削、儿童伤害、自残鼓励、恶意软件、垃圾信息、冒充、隐私侵犯或规避安全措施的行为；不得未经授权抓取、逆向干扰服务，或利用服务损害他人。请使用应用内屏蔽和举报功能报告问题。
5. 内容管理与账号措施
为保护用户和遵守法律，我们可以审核举报，限制内容传播，删除内容，暂停或终止账号，并保留必要证据。通常会结合严重程度、重复行为和申诉信息作出决定；存在紧急安全或法律风险时可立即采取措施。
6. 第三方服务与知识产权
Apple、Google、AI、视频或其他第三方功能受其自身条款约束。心桥及其软件、品牌、界面和官方内容归 XINAI PTY LTD 或许可方所有。除法律允许或我们书面授权外，不得复制、出售或创建衍生服务。若您认为内容侵犯权利，请将权利证明、内容位置和联系方式发送至我们的联系邮箱。
7. 服务变更、可用性与终止
我们会持续改进服务，并可能修改、暂停或停止部分功能。我们会在合理可行时对重大不利变化给予提示。您可以随时停止使用或在应用内删除账号。条款中按性质应继续有效的知识产权、责任、争议和记录条款在终止后仍有效。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，服务按“现状”和“可用”提供。我们不保证服务永不中断或所有内容完全准确。对无法依法排除的消费者权利，本条款不作限制。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失负责；因我们故意不当行为、重大过失、人身伤害或法律禁止限制的责任不受本限制影响。
9. 适用法律与争议
本条款受澳大利亚昆士兰州法律管辖，但不影响您所在地区不可放弃的消费者保护。发生争议时，请先联系我们寻求解决；无法解决的，可向有管辖权的法院或依法可用的消费者争议机构提出。
10. 联系与更新
问题、投诉或权利通知请发送至 zhouyawu@xinai.me。我们可能更新条款；重大变更会通过应用内公告或其他适当方式提示。继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款，但法律要求另行同意的除外。
XinQiao Terms of Service
By creating an account or using XinQiao, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum digital-consent age in your region. Minors require parent or guardian consent and guidance. Provide lawful information, protect your sign-in methods, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
The service
XinQiao provides profile, communication, sharing, a one-kilometre Familiar Circle, and optional AI, voice, media, and reviewed content packs bundled with the app. Availability may vary by network, permission, device, region, maintenance, or safety requirements. AI output can be inaccurate and must not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
Your content
You retain your rights and confirm that you have the rights needed to submit content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, limited licence solely to host, transmit, display, format, moderate, and protect submitted content to operate the service. It is subject to your audience settings and ends after deletion and a reasonable technical processing period, except where law requires retention.
Acceptable use
Do not engage in unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, threatening, exploitative, child-harm, self-harm encouragement, malware, spam, impersonation, privacy-invasive, or security-circumvention activity. Do not scrape without permission, disrupt or reverse engineer the service unlawfully, or use it to harm others. Use in-app block and report tools where appropriate.
Moderation and account action
To protect users and comply with law, we may review reports, reduce distribution, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve necessary evidence. Decisions generally consider severity, repeat conduct, and available appeal information; urgent safety or legal risks may require immediate action.
Third parties and intellectual property
Apple, Google, AI, video, and other third-party features are subject to their own terms. XinQiao software, branding, interface, and official content belong to XINAI PTY LTD or its licensors. Except where law permits or we authorise it, you may not copy, sell, or create a derivative service. Send rights notices with proof, content location, and contact details to our email below.
Changes, termination, and liability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, with notice of material adverse changes where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”; non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected. We exclude indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where lawful. Liability that cannot legally be limited, including for deliberate misconduct or certain personal injury, is not limited.
Law, disputes, and contact
Queensland, Australia law governs these Terms without removing mandatory consumer protections in your region. Please contact us first to seek resolution; unresolved matters may be brought before a court or consumer dispute body with jurisdiction. Contact zhouyawu@xinai.me.
